Introducing
GeoSheet Net

What is a GeoSheet
Net?
A GeoSheet Net is a high-performance geosynthetic material combining a strong geogrid (for reinforcement) with a geotextile (for separation/ filtration), often heat-bonded, used to stabilize weak soils, reinforce road bases
Structure
A geogrid (often polypropylene or fiberglass) with an open grid structure for interlocking with soil, bonded to a nonwoven geotextile
Manufacturing
Heat bonding or adhesive methods join the geogrid and geotextile.
Materials
Typically polypropylene (PP) geogrid with a nonwoven polyester geotextile, sometimes coated with bitumen for asphalt applications

Key Features & Benefits
2-in-1 Installation
Reduces installation time and labor costs by laying reinforcement and separation layers in a single pass
Aggregate Savings
Increases the capacity of the subgrade, allowing for a reduction in the required thickness of the aggregate layer
Extended Service Life
Stops layer intermixing, extending the lifespan of roads and railways.
Versatile Bonding
Available with Biaxial or Uniaxial geogrids depending on load direction requirements
Installation Guidelines
Preparation
Clear the site of debris and level the subgrade
Deployment
Unroll the Composite Geogrid flat, ensuring no wrinkles. The geotextile side usually faces the subgrade
Overlapping
Overlap adjacent rolls by 300mm to 500mm depending on subgrade strength
Securing
Use pins or heavy fill piles to keep the grid in place during dumping
Filling
Dump aggregate onto the grid and spread. Do not drive directly on the exposed grid
Primary Applications

Roads & Highways

Railway Ballast
